Spring Photo Contest

Submissions open March 15th and due by March 30th. Come back here for a submission form link when it's live!
CAPTURE THE MAGIC of the Carousel and enter your photo for one of these 3 categories:
1) Round & Round We Go - show your love of riding the carousel!
2) Party Time! - show how you are celebrating here at Salem's Carousel for a birthday, anniversary, engagement, prom, wedding or other fun!
3) Holidays at the Carousel - submit your favorite photo from celebrating the holidays at the Carousel!
Limit 1 photo per entry. However, there is no limit to the number of entries by a single participant. Please read all rules and terms at the bottom of this entry form before submitting your photo.
TIMELINES:
Photo submissions are open from March 15 - March 30, 2026. Voting by the public will take place Mar 31 to Apr 11, 2026. Winners will be announced and contacted on April 12, 2026.
RULES:
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
An older photo taken by the entrant may be submitted as a valid entry. All photos must be taken here at Salem's Riverfront Carousel. The Carousel, it's animals, the building, or areas within the building must be recognizable and featured prominently in the photo.
Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via our official online contest form.
Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
Entries will be voted on by the public on Salem's Riverfront Carousel's (SRC) website and supporting services. All decisions are final. SRC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by SRC for advertising and marketing purposes.
Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline of March 30, 2026 lapses.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
