With the rising costs of staffing and materials for our public events, we are in need of your help. By becoming an event sponsor at various levels, we are able to continue to offer free and low-cost events and activities for our diverse community.
Sponsors can choose to be anonymous, or use this as an opportunity to receive public recognition.
Sponsors, if they choose to be recognized, will receive:
*Recognition on all event marketing (including event posters, digital advertising assets, and on our website event listing).
*Social media recognition and tagging on our Instagram posts/stories, Facebook posts, and Facebook event listing.
*Representation on signage and other supporting printed materials during the event
*Sponsorship information in our e-newsletter
*Sponsorship recognition on digital billboard to be displayed the full month of November
*For select sponsorship levels, a Family Annual Pass to enjoy unlimited rides for up to 5 guests per visit for one full year.

Saturday September 19th
Patch's Talk Like a Pirate Day
Featuring Patch the Pirate Pony: This event is offered as an upgraded experience for guests that want to take part in pirate themed crafts, carousel rides, a large goody bag, and a food treat. We also offer door prizes, free paper craft and photo booth activities for all guests to enjoy! We charge $12 per activity pass to customers. Sponsorship helps to offset staffing and the cost of supplies.
We are seeking a $300 sponsorship for this event.
Sponsorship and business logo/information must be received by Aug 15th to be included in final event marketing.
Saturday October 31st
SCARE-ousel Bash Activity Pass
This event is offered as an upgraded experience for guests that want to take part in Halloween food & paper crafts, carousel rides, a goody bag, snacks and more before they set out on an evening of trick-or-treating! We also offer free activities for all guests to enjoy which will include themed activity sheets, candy for downtown trick-or-treaters and a SCARE-ousel self-serve photo booth! We charge $12 per activity pass to customers. Sponsorship helps to offset staffing and the cost of supplies.
We are seeking a $300 sponsorship for this event.
Sponsorship and business logo/information must be received by Sept 15th to be included in final event marketing.
HOLIDAYS 2026
Photos with Santa
Salem’s Riverfront Carousel has become a staple to many families across Salem-area and beyond for their annual visit with Santa. Become a sponsor of our Photos with Santa activation for 2026. Thousands of guests will arrive to the Carousel during this season for their photo with Santa.
We are seeking a $5,000 sponsorship for this activity.
For a single sponsor of $1,000 or more, they will also receive one Family Annual Ride Pass valid for one year (value of $299).
For a single $5,000 sponsor or more, they will also receive one After Hours Private Event Package (valued at $650).

Santa Photo Card Holder Sponsorship
This is your chance to sponsor the photo card holder! For our very popular Photos with Santa, each printed photo is mounted in a photo holder. Photo holders are printed with a holiday themed Carousel cover, with room for a sponsorship name/logo on the back of the card. Sponsorship covers the cost to print and deliver over 2,000 cards needed for the 2026 holiday season.
We are seeking a $1,000 sponsorship for this need.
For a single sponsor of $1,000 or more, they will also receive one Family Annual Ride Pass valid for one year (value of $299).
Sponsorship and business logo/information must be received by Oct 1st to ensure adequate production time for the photo cards.
Letter from Santa
We will let you in on a little secret... Did you know that our staff and volunteers respond to over 1,000 letters received at the Carousel for Santa? Sponsorship helps us cover the cost of postage, printing and supplies so that we can continue sharing the magic of the holidays through a postcard from Santa's mailroom at the North Pole right addressed to their child - at no cost to families.
We are seeking a $1,000 sponsorship for this activity.

Galactic Heroes & Holiday Crafts
This event is completely FREE for all guests as a gift to the community during the holiday season. Includes character meet & greets (through our partnership with Star Wars Oregon) and a FREE holiday craft. Sponsorship helps us to cover the cost of supplies and staffing.
We are seeking a $300 sponsorship for this event.

A Sleeping Beauty's Fairytale Brunch
We delight guests with a fairytale princess who brings extra magic to the Carousel with song and entertainment. Guests will enjoy a full tea service & brunch buffet featuring a selection of delicious sandwiches, pastries and desserts. They will take home a gift, keepsake photo and a Carousel rides pass! We charge guests $35 per person. Sponsorship will help us cover the additional costs to staff the event, secure decorations and supplies, and offset catering and entertainer costs.
We are seeking a $1,500 sponsorship for this event (or two $750 sponsors).
For a single sponsor of $1,000 or more, they will also receive one Family Annual Ride Pass valid for one year (value of $299).

Annual Signature Event! Breakfast with Santa
This is one of our most beloved events. Upon arrival, children will find their names on Santa's nice list. Guests will enjoy a delicious breakfast spread and mimosas for the adults. They will have unlimited carousel rides and will take a professional keepsake photo with Santa. Children will also take home a special gift from Santa. We charge guests $35 per person. Sponsorship will help us cover the additional costs to staff the event, secure decorations and supplies, and offset catering and entertainer costs.
We are seeking a $1,500 sponsorship for this event.
For a single sponsor at $1,000, they will also receive one Family Annual Ride Pass valid for one year (value of $299).

Annual Signature Event! Holiday Pajama Party with Santa & Friends
This is one of our most beloved events. Over 100 guests will come dressed in their holiday pajamas ready to party! Upon arrival, families will take their professional keepsake photo with Santa. Then, they will enjoy an evening of holiday crafts, yummy food, games with Buddy the Elf, and unlimited Carousel rides. We charge guests $35 per person. Sponsorship will help us cover the additional costs to staff the event, secure decorations and supplies, and offset catering and entertainer costs.
We are seeking a total of $2,000 in sponsorships for this event.
Sponsors of $1,000 or more will receive one Family Annual Ride Pass valid for one year (value of $299).
